Manicures and Pedicures
Please note: If you have gel polish on already you will need to book in for a gel removal on top of your chosen treatment.
Gel Removal | £17 - 25 mins
This process removes any existing gel nail varnish and must be booked in advance, prior to your gel manicure.
Men’s Foot Treatment | £34 - 40 mins
Keep feet soft and hydrated with this must-have treatment including a relaxing foot rasp and soak, soothing scrub, cuticle care and massage followed by a nail buff to give a natural finish. Tired feet are left soft smooth and re-energised.
Classic Manicure | £40 - 50 mins
Cuticles and nails are pampered. Heated mittens are then applied followed by a relaxing hand and arm massage. Finished with your choice of Mii polish.
Luxury Pedicure | £42 - 50 mins
A therapeutic treatment for your feet that removes dead skin, softens hard skin and treats your toenails. Our Luxury Pedicure begins with a foot rasp followed by a soak and exfoliation. Nails are then cut and filed, and cuticles treated. Heated booties are applied warming the feet followed by a relaxing leg and foot massage. Finished with your choice of Jessica polish.
Terms & Conditions
TreatmentsTreatment times will be allocated at the time of booking. These times are approximate and whilst we make every effort to honour these, we do reserve the right to change or amend the times without prior knowledge or consent. All treatment times include a consultation and dressing time. All treatments can be performed on anyone over the age of 16. Our spa area is open from 09:00 until 17:00 every day..
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking, we request confirmation no later than 48 hours before your arrival. Cancellations received after this time will incur a non-arrival charge. The full amount of your treatment or spa day will be charged directly to the credit card number used to guarantee the reservation. A card number will need to be provided when booking your spa treatment or spa day package to secure your booking. If you have made a booking via a third party website or agent, please refer to their cancellation terms.
Medical conditions
Please advise us of any medical conditions, concerns or medication prior to arrival – this may affect the treatment you have chosen; our therapists will be able to advise you on this.
Vouchers
Please present any vouchers on arrival at the spa reception desk. Vouchers that have exceeded the expiry date will not be accepted. Any vouchers purchased/received from a third party please make sure they have been activated with the company direct.
Spa Etiquette
We ask that all guests are mindful of others in our relaxing and tranquil environment. Mobile phones should be turned off or on silent and we ask that any quiet zones are respected. Please refrain from placing towels and robes on loungers if you aren’t using them and, if indulging in alcohol, we ask that you drink responsibly.
Dietary requirements
Guests coming for a spa day package are required to advise of any dietary requirements for Afternoon Tea at least 24 hours prior to arrival, as we may be unable to accommodate any changes on the day. Only food and beverages provided by The Spa at Five Lakes can be consumed within The Spa.
